EThe tattoo went great and This was in July.  needed a touch up so i reached out to Chantele  for an appt.The date i did want was indeed August 23. She didnt reply for a week or so and when she did answer she sent me her schedule again. 23rd was crossed out but August 27 was available.  I told her i wanted 23 but i guess now it was booked so then i picked 27th  since the date was free and NOT crossed out.  So around 23rd i called to ask what time my app was because i  couldnt remember if it was 10am or noon. (For the 27th) Receptionist couldnt find me booked in for 27th at all. emailed Chantele and she told me she had me booked in for 23. It was a simple misunderstanding and confusion !!!! Besides the fact that this artist is not very organized and extremely unprofessional. I explained myself and then my fiancé reached out as well. He thought he was the one who got dates mixed up and led me to miss my appointment.  So we both apologized. I never ended up getting a reply or help
