IF you are considering a dock, do yourself a massive favour, spend some time looking at the reviews about this company and learn from them. IF we had only known that 2 years later we would be forced to go to court to get what we paid for completed. We purchased 2 sets of Five step sections, and he installed 2 sets of 3 Step sections which left up to a higher than 2 foot drop to the lake floor. Jamie said he would make it "RIGHT", among other famous lines, but he didn't and never replied when it mattered most, and always came up with excuses when he felt like he had to reply (which was when we wrote the story on Google Reviews). His answer machine is always full, in all this time there was never room, probably so he doesn't have to deal with people he has let down. So decision, save a few hundred dollars, and go through Hell to get it done, or pay a little more to a professional organization and feel the pride of a great new dock, no stress, no BS stories!!!
