I hired these people to install 5 sono tubes for a new addition. They not only screwed up the hole locations but when they realized they were in over their heads they walked away from the job! Extremely unprofessional! When I complained to the woman who answers the phone I was blamed for not doing their job for them and laying out the hole location even though I provided a certified design plan. These people have no right providing this service. The woman who answers the phones is extremely immature and instead of discussing the problem she hangs up on you. They have no problem taking your money and leaving you high and dry. If you need the job done right do yourself a favor and call a real contractor who knows what they are doing.
