I hired KBS for what was supposed to be a straightforward kitchen renovation. Prior to engaging and giving my initial deposit, they promised an estimated 12-16 weeks of total construction time. We are currently in week 24 with an additional estimated time to complete of 10-12 weeks due to cabinet delivery (which may have further delays). Even after the initial 12 weeks, the project was still in the beginning stages with no clear schedule, accountability, or progress. This has been a nightmare for my family —costly, stressful, and completely mismanaged. With all this being known, the Company has not taken any action to help accommodate or offer any resolution. As a consumer, we understand there are delays in projects. But the major issue I have is the continuous false information, lack of care for their customers and treatment they’ve given to us as a family that includes 2 little toddlers that have gone through this whole process and KBS does not care Please take this as a serious warning: do not hire KBS.
