I recently fueled up and purchased some windshield washer fluid. I am not sure why but the attendant placed my block heater cord back under the hood after topping up my windshield washer fluid. Tonight I was wanting to plug in my car only to discover the hood wouldn't release. I was advised to drive back to the gas station for them to have a look. Thanks to Caleb's persistence and willingness to go the extra mile, the problem was solved and I am once again able to plug in my vehicle - something I am especially grateful for given how cold its forecasted to be tonight. Caleb truly went above and beyond the call of duty, and I am very thankful for his assistance.
