Not good customer service
Been taking our dog there at least two to three times a year. Today when my dog and I arrived Lee was wearing a mask,(of course with Covid, I completely understand ), my dog was scared of it and I had to pick him up to get him in the door shaking and whining. Lee then came out shortly after when I was about to drive away to tell me my 27 pound dog had bit him and he wants another $20 or I could choose to take my dog out then and cancel my appointment . I didn’t want to traumatize my dog any further so I decided to just get it over with and I left there in tears! My dog never bites but he was clearly scared. Lee you may of got an extra $20 from me but you won’t see another dime from me again. Isn’t it a occupational hazard that sometimes you may get bit? This is what muzzles are for and if you needed me to do it or help I would of been glad to assist but charging me an extra $20 on the spot without any notification or cancel was unacceptable and bad business practice.
