After we made the appointment with this groomer, we emailed specific instructions. When we arrived we went over the instructions verbally with the groomer to be sure that they were understood. When we came to pick up our dog, we found that the groomer had totally ignored the instructions. The damage will take at least 6 months to regrow. When we asked why the groomer had done what was done, the groomer said that they didn’t do it!
