Shihtzus forever grooming services $94.50 Full groom small breed $60.00 Custom Amount Strip off $10.00 Custom Amount Senior/difficult dog fee $10.00 Custom Amount Medicated bath $10.00 I was quoted $60 to have my small breed 13 year old, 2.5 lb Maltese Poodle with 3 teeth, shaved. From drop off to pick up was 1.5 hour. I received additional charges as indicated above. I didn't ask for a "medicated bath" and was told it was necessary because she had "skin problems" There was nothing wrong with my dogs skin. My daughter is a veterinary technician and she was stunned by this. Also an additional charge to"strip off" because her fur was long. I wasn't told this PRIOR to or during the grooming. Also, an additional charge for "senior/difficult" In 13 years of grooming no one ever complained about my dog being difficult. Groomers are supposed to be experienced. $94.50 for 1.5 hrs of work and she looked horrible. Worst groom ever and a total rip off
