I had a fall out conversation with the receptionist. I have since called and emailed this business for one entire week in order to speak to a manager or the owner and no one has called me back. For further information about my complaint please read google comments. Receptionist in writing also mentioned that I had special needs she also attacked my moral character - when I did nothing of that sort to her or the business. She also pointed out falsely that my dogs are not vaccinated which is untrue. She failed to ask probing, open ended questions in order to do her job properly!
