Very Disappointed
Very disappointed.
I’ve brought my dog in for daycare at Sector Woof weekly for over 10 months. While I had no serious complaints about the treatment or care provided him, their customer service left a bad taste and I decided to move him to another daycare.
A simple request on my part, to change the password for their cameras (I loved having the cameras to check in, especially in the beginning since he was a new rescue) which they used to do regularly, was met with derision.
I had a personal situation that I did explain to them, and was blown off. After a couple of weeks I asked again as to whether the password would be changed, and was given a bunch of excuses and then told changing the password was “on the list of things to do”. (Watch out ladies!)
The last time I brought him, four weeks after my first request, I very nicely and sadly explained that I had felt really uncomfortable leaving him there that morning, and that I’d have to cancel next week if the password wasn’t changed
