Been coming to this store for 18 years, including the last four since LF Optical took over. I have been a huge supporter of local businesses, especially through the pandemic. There is one individual who has always been unpleasant, but I’ve had great experience with the others. Today she finally crossed a line in her abrasiveness and complete disregard of customer service. I will no longer shop here, as there are so many optical stores in the village who I would much rather support. It’s a shame
