I went to the Jean-Talon late yesterday afternoon for an adjustment to my glasses. I was greeted by a young woman, Veronica. It was the second time, except this time,Veronica went the extra mile. Apart from evening the frame she also curved the frame, which has made all the difference! She is cordial , soft spoken but most of all kind. I let her superiors know what they surely must already know that she is great at what she does, her presence and energy can't be taught. Clearly, please forward this small but most deserving praise to Veronica. I am most grateful to her, more than she can fancy.
