I give Mr. Rent A Car zero stars. I have dealt with Mr. Rent A Car twice now. I have wanted to rent from them twice. Their service is subpar... They are rude and have no customer service at all. I would not rent from them if they paid me. I would not recommend them to anyone I know. There are so many car rental companies out there. Why would anyone chose them? Their service is superficial...They "cater" to certain clientel.. I was not one of their type of clientel...The only one nice working there was this gentleman called Brent. He is very hardworking and Brent is kind ,polite and sincere. Leonard is nice also.kind and polite. That is about it....
