If I could I will give zero stars. They don't even deserve one. Economy Corporate should pay attention!!!! First of all the local rental car in Toronto (Mississauga) did not answer their shuttle pick up line for a long time. Even their customer service agent tried calling and could not get connected. As a result we had to Uber to the agency from the airport. Second, the car they gave us had a cracked windshield, but we did not noticed because it was nighttime when we picked up the car. Third, when we were renting the car, we had asked if we could get a credit or refund because we were planning to bring the car one day earlier and they said that they would, however when we returned the car they refused to give us either a refund or a credit. The manager was totally useless and rude and even picked a fight with my husband. We will never ever rent from Economy and will never recommend them. Totally disappointed!!!
