Customer Service Called me that exterminator will come on "Thursday, September 29, 2022". I asked two times "Thursday?" She said, "YES". However, exterminator came "Tuesday, September 27, 2022". I missed it! They left me a note that they will come back on October 11, 2022 "between 8am-5pm". I asked them, "can you please give a specific time frame, morning or afternoon?" You cannot still in your apartment waiting for them but the Customer service on this number 1-866-873-8080 said, "Unfortunately we cannot give you a time frame of morning or afternoon, it's 8am-5pm". I have no choice but to wait. October 11, 2022 came. I called them and asked the question because I have the feeling that something is wrong as it was already 9am. I asked a specific question, "Does your exterminator has a building key?" The Customer service said, "Yes". So, I waited and waited. I did not attend my school and wad late in going to my evening work but nobody came. So much alibis. Ridiculous service!!!
