I ordered a mattress on December 26th, 2025. It was on special. I thought the store would have this item in stock. Not so, I was told it would take three weeks to deliver. I didn't place the order knowing it was an "Ashely" product and was coming from the U.S.A. I called after three weeks and enquired re the delivery. I was told it would be a further two weeks. That didn't happen either. After a further two weeks I called again and was told it would be delivered the following Tuesday or Wednesday. That didn't happen either. I was called and asked for a preferred window for the delivery on Thursday February 12th. I asked between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m.. It arrived at 1.15 p.m. At no time did Pearl's contact me to give me any update, it was me, the customer and for that reason I wouldn't deal with this company again. I needed this mattress and could have bought one locally, made in Canada and delivered within a reasonable timeframe. Buyer beware.
