VERY disappointing service from the mangers at ScanDesigns
VERY disappointing service from the mangers. The reclining sofa I bought was very uncomfortable when sitting it in for long periods of time. I think there is a really bad design flaw. But as it was longer than the 3 day return policy they refused to do anything for me. I did not know they only had a 3 day return policy. No one in the store mentioned that to me. I explained to them that 3 days is not a realistic time to be able to evaluate the comfort of a sofa. The manager (Casper) was insistent that they would do nothing, and just kept on stating "we don't sell used furniture" (and yet they tried to sell me a "floor model" once). If that is how they treat their customers, it won't be too long before they won't be selling new furniture either. I am very disappointed in their attitude. I guess they don't care about keeping returning customers.
