A very terrible experience with High Sun Mattress. Bought a bed frame for my aunt, an old lady, and they delivered a wrong colour frame (extras were paid for the chosen colour). Confirmed that they would pick up the bed frame and have it painted in their factory. Instead they re-painted the frame at her home and left her home with tons of toxic smell. Their serviceman had a very bad attitude when explaining the situation. High Sun’s explanation was to save cost according to Alice, the sales representative in the shop. I will never ever try this shop again.
