Very disappointing experience with Parsons,m. I purchased a used CD/record player from them yesterday and specifically asked if the unit was working. The very pleasant clerk let me know that it had been tested and was working properly. I was surprised when I got home and the turntable was unscrewed and not working properly. When I tried the CD player it skipped every CD. I called parsons to let them know the unit was broken and they offered me a store credit. The unit was $80 and broken, I asked if I could have a refund and was told no. Parsons will sell you garbage and then when you try to take it back they offer a credit for more garbage. Stay away from this store
