Went in on the May 24 weekend to brick mattress store in Burlington, not to buy a loaf of bread but ready to spend $1500 had absolutely no help , sales person was more interested in putting new sale prices in computer. Literally had to stand at counter for 10-15 minutes to be ignored when wanting information on each mattress . She didn't have a clue said reason for mattress having no support on edge was because you don't sleep on edge of bed, to say the least. Was charged $75 for box spring when told no charge, didn't receive any warranty papers . I'm not even sure I was deliver the beautyrest product I paid for. Never again buy at the brick.
