We purchased two sofa's from Bothwell Furniture in Bothwell, Ontario. Our saleslady was Char, who was great and very helpful and we never felt pressure to buy, answered all our questions and provided wonderful service. We were told it would be up to a few months for delivery and we received our sofa's before expected. So nice surprise. The two delivery guys who delivered our furniture were excellent. Very professional, courteous, they removed shoes when entering house showing respect for our home and provide superb customer satisfaction. We cannot express enough what exceptional level of all around service we received from your business. We will recommend your furniture every chance we get as we have never received this level of courteous service often. Your business is a 10/10! Unlike some of the others that sell furniture.
