Worst service possible

Terrible experience. I purchased a sofa in November. They finally delivered the first week of February. Disaster. They damaged my ceiling, holes in three different walls, destroyed the vestibule door frame, and badly dented my custom-made front door. Couldn’t get the sofa to the basement so they took it back. They still have not refunded my money a month later and refuse to do anything about the damages. You cannot talk to anyone in the service department. I’ve emailed several times and can only speak to one girl on the phone who never has any answers. We specifically took the time to ask the salesman about the size of the couch and delivery. He told us this was his best seller and they had no problems getting it in anywhere, that we shouldn’t worry. The whole experience has been terrible. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this company has done absolutely nothing to fix the mess they made and I’m still waiting for my refund.
