Horrible. Picked up at YVR at the taxi stand. Driver handed his phone to me so I could enter my destination. When we arrived, I told him I needed to pay with a credit card. Driver immediately started yelling, telling me I always need to pay for taxi service with cash. I should clarify I was a female passenger traveling solo. I suspected his reaction was due to that fact. The driver then said, "I will take $20 in cash for this trip, just give me cash." I told him 3 times I had no Canadian cash. Finally he pulled his credit card unit from the dash board, slamming the the dash door shut as he pulled it out. Then, once I entered my credit card info, he tried to select the tip amount on the unit!!! I told him, "No, I will choose" and changed it. Driver dumped my bags on the street, slammed the door and drove away. I will never use this company again!!!
