Hi had a very unprofessional incident with one of your drivers. I was picking up my grandma from 635 Canterbury St, Woodstock, ON N4S 8X9 at 4:42 pm on Sunday Oct 3rd(today). I pulled in and one of your drivers was pulled in before me. He was parked in front of the building entrance picking up a fair. I pulled in behind him and waited. I didn't think I had done anything wrong but when your driver was pulling away. He stared at me and gave me the middle finger for approximately 15 seconds. This is very unprofessional and reflect inappropriately on your company. Unfortunately I didn't get the cab number cause I was shocked. I didn't under stand why this was happening . By the way while he was doing this he had an elderly ladie in the back he had just picked up. The time again is 4:42 pm/place 635 Canterbury st woodstock and date Oct 3rd. This should enough to look up who it was and maybe let him know that reflects bad on your business. I certainly will not be using your cab company and will let my family and friends know what your driver did.
