This is a real review. Tino cleaned my ducts and sanitized them with a 'no name' essential oil spray his 'personal chemist made copying a recipe', his exact words and did not disclose this to me until the intolerable smell wouldn't go away and I confronted him. He destroyed every duct and all the wood around them as well as all my air intakes, he refuses to do anything about it. My house smells like glue and oil mixed. He told me it was clove oil I was smelling which if it is, it's extremely dangerous to smell. It will cost me thousands to fix and put back to its original condition. All the duct work has to be replaced. His worker damaged every duct by jamming the hose tip through the vent grates, this man has ruined my home. You can't wash it off we've tried and the smell won't go away
