My wife had call bubbles and suds to have our sectional cleaned we spoke with rick monaco the owner. I gave rick the dimensions of the sectional which he told me would cost $129.99 to have it cleaned and that his wife would be the one doing the cleaning .Our appointment was for march 21st . His wife smelled of cigarettes and had dirty cloths on when she came my wife had asked her to remove her shoes because we had just installed brand new carpet ricks wife was very rude about it saying we dont take our shoes off. She finally agreed to take off shoes. I also noticed she did not have company shirt or anything to show she worked for bubbles and suds very unprofessional. I later noticed she only cleaned the front of the sectional not happy with the service when i called rick back to complain he straight out called me a liar and hug up on me horrible service shady company would not recomend to anyone
