Dropped off two jackets and two jeans. The jackets in total cost 2500$. I dropped off my $1300 Rudsak jacket which has fur and a belt attached to it. (See pictures attached) I took the jacket with the belt attached as I would never take it off and it also needed to be washed. Today I picked up my jacket and noticed there was no belt attached to it. I let the owner know that my belt was missing. First he couldn't find my receipt and then he started to look f9r the belt and couldnt find it so hr decided to tell me there was no belt and when they received it they didn't get it with a belt. This is not true as I said before I would never take the belt off , it is part of the jacket. I proceeded to nicely tell him that it was part of it and that I didn't bring it with. He kept talking over me and telling me no no no I didn't bring it.
