I had Canadian BBQ boys come in to clean my bbq and diagnose the issues.They cleaned it and diagnosed the following : 1. It requires a new manifold as one of the three burners was not working properly 2. A complete new starter ignition module 3, the bbq cleaning was average at best,. 4. Trying to get a hold of someone there is difficult but they do eventually get back to you 5. When asked to order the parts they had no model number of my bbq in which they diagnosed …. 6. They couldn’t do the repair as they said they were not licensed to change a bbq manifold As a result of this poor experience we took the bbq apart and found the following the igniter unit did not need to be replaced rather that the wiring harness was chewed up and needed to be replaced. There was a blockage in the burner and we cleaned it out and it’s working well so the manifold and parts were not required,The part that they diagnosed would have cost about $900. What was required was $200.. I do not recommend them
