Absolutely deplorable. If you're in the Hamilton area (or probably anywhere else in the GTA/Hamilton area) do not use these guys. They damaged the igniter on my BBQ and essentially told me I was lying about it, and would not come fix it without me having to pay for the cost of replacement parts. It's not about the cost of the parts - it's about good customer service and doing the right thing. Why would I pay $200+ for a BBQ cleaning just to try to screw the company into fixing my igniter for free? That would be the most expensive and most runaround ever for something that is relatively cheap and easy to fix. You broke it. Just come fix it.
