Please do not bring your clothes to this location! I dropped off 2 items to be cleaned. Upon pick up the white dress that I dropped off looked a bit dingy but I did not have time to inspect it at the store. Once I arrived home I took a closer look at the 2 item. My white dress was still dirty and had visible marks on them. The shag jacket was dirty as well and did not smell clean. I paid $60 for both items to be cleaned and they were not. The lady wrapped them in plastic and handed me the items, PRETENDING that she had cleaned them. I called the store to report the problem and then went back to show her the issues that I had. She refused to give me back my money until a manager also pointed out the fact that the clothing were visibly dirty and that the job was not completed. At the end of our encounter, she continued to be rude and told me to get out of here and never come back because I called her out on her scam.
