We have had nothing but problems with prominent homes since purchasing in 2020. We have been pushed around, not responded to, ran around in circles with still no step in the right direction. To start we noticed issues before we even moved in and were promised they would be fixed, they have now pushed us to use Alberta Home Warranty after attempts to fix and verbal promises to fix and since it is past 1 year they will not fix it, Prominent homes has now stopped returning phone calls and ignoring emails This company will exhaust your mental health dealing with them. I would not recommend this company to new home builders or buyers
