I purchased a townhouse from Douglas Homes in Cobblestone Creek. During my six-month walkout inspection in May, I reported a concrete problem with my garage apron. Months later, the issue still has not been repaired under warranty. The warranty team has repeatedly postponed the appointment, while the concrete contractor has told me several times that he was “coming today,” but never showed up. There has also been poor communication when appointments were cancelled or postponed. I understand weather and scheduling issues can happen, but this level of delay and lack of communication is very disappointing. I expected much better from a new-home builder.
