Urban staff are friendly, and knowledgeable. Danielle created a beautiful design for our home reno, complete with renderings down to the smallest details. With the markets, quotes changed quickly which was frustrating. Urban was transparent about the costs. Also found some of the trades unreliable, would say they would show but last minute changes that would affect the schedule. Urban worked hard to make up any lost time by said trades. I would highly recommend Urban for a home build or reno!!
