My sister and brother in law made a huge decision to build a home back in our small home town. They moved themselves and their kids to their new house that they were so excited to build with this "dependable" company. Well after months of building, they were moving into their new home, of over 700k dollars and to their disbelief, the house was half finished. The details in the house weren't complete, the painting only has one coat, the hardware wasn't installed and that's just the basic stuff. The company immediately went "bankrupt" and withheld all of their deposits. They couldn't even enjoy moving in to their brand new home that they were so proud to build. And it's been a headache after headache. It is not worth the hassle.
