Based on the previous reviews, I chose Ventura for building my first home. But completely disappointed. They were doing well before but not now. So, since my possession date, I have an issue with kitchen cabinets, but it's almost 11 months now just keep postponing. The guys came from the cabinet company, but they put small pieces of wood on both sides of the stove. It looks so ugly and the gas range is not fitting properly. They just built the house in six months, but nothing perfect. One guy said Ventura was trying to beat Qualico homes, How come they beat qualico homes without quality? And even with Stucco, the lady we had an appointment with, she didn't explain anything about Stucco types? We are first home buyers, we don't know anything. When we asked about the Stucco, she said it's not our responsibility, it's your responsibility to know about the Stucco types?I am really disappointed about Ventura Custom home. I will not recommend any one
