R&B is the shadiest business out there. My garage was wasting away where the front steps met the garage wall. They sealed a wall that would in humid conditions with only house wrap. After confronting them they offered me not much for compensation and barley an apology. The entire garage had to be spray foamed just to salvage what is left. The shower pot lights were not installed properly, try changing a bulb in a fixture that gets pushed up into the void when screwing in the bulb. Now i find that even the electrical is shadey. The kitchen counter plugs were wired incorrectly. 2 - 20amp plugs were installed on 1 circuit not 2 as per CEC. Sink in the master bath was cracked, there fix cover with paint wore after 1 year warranty. How this passed inspection i will never know. They must have paid off the inspector? The concrete at in the garage and the front steps look like its 40 years old when the house is only 10 years. Builder could not build a house that lasts longer than a car.
