We purchased a home from Marc Deroo. We have had too many problems to list. Marc would try any excuse in the book to avoid repairing sub par work. Marc and Paul fought me on every defect and eventually had to be forced by Tarion Warranty to repair some of the issues. Just a terrible experience. BUYER BEWARE
