I have lived in a Darcel Home since 1993 and would not give it a second try. Terrible build quality. Guarantee you that your chimney will fail and have to be rebuilt. Also guarantee catastrophic flooding from giant leak in upper level of house destroying drywall and bricks if in winter. Electrical not much better. Replace circuit board immediately if you buy a Darcel home, it will also fail quite soon. Electricity has been around over 100 years but it seems ike new technology for these people. Avoid Darcel at all costs. Not worth the trouble.
