Lesson Learned

Poor Quality Workmanship. Installed a sloped floor in main living area. Refusing to fix it. Installed windows that don’t seal tight and not level when closed. Bad drywall seams. Refusing to fix it. Don’t challenge them when they are wrong. Pay close attention to them if you hire them. If they return to fix any problems , They don’t have the right equipment when they show up. They dragged the problems out pass the 18 months, so they didn’t have to fix the issues. Will not warranty the work they do. This is funny, I got an email asking me to remove my comments from Yelp. They even said this business has no obligation to fix the issues. So that being said, the Warranty they offer doesn't mean anything. A big lesson learned. They even said you're still living in the house. Funny. I guess I should find a builder that backs up their work and move. No one responds to letters or emails, but sounds like someone from the company responded to this.
