BabyFoot Developments is made up of two very smart engineers, Paolo and Felix. They overall have produced a very good product, but there have been some issues. They both seem to have gotten fed up with the high degree of attention to detail of a Forest Hill home project, which involved high end designers and architects. Ultimately they did not work well with the high end architects and designers as they just wanted to do their own thing with their own people. They produce a really good 7 out of 10 home typical to Richmond Hill. They get an extra Boost because of the fact that they have so much knowledge about engineering, such as making the home extremely comfortable with the insulation package, and excellent building envelopes. Unfortunately for my project, they lost interest and stopped providing post sales support, often telling me to seek answers directly from trades that i never had relationships with. I have been left with a highly custom home and no builder to help me. It is so
