Today 12/26/2022 I brought my broken hearing aid into the Costco Cypress,CA hearing aid center. When I called earlier I was given an appointment one hour later at 11 am and by 11:30am the lady at the front desk had repaired the broken aid and cleaned the good aid. To have this rapid repair on the day after Christmas (very busy shopping day) was very impressive. I wanted to call attention to this professional support. Unfortunately I didn't get her name, but I hope this review gets to her and her supervisor. I have nothing but good words for the service provided by this Cypress CA hearing aid center.
