I think the customer service at Miracle Ear is beyond excellent. Amanda greets all customers and knows them by name, if they have been there before. She knows why you are there and probably called you a few days before to remind you of your appointment. Sarah, the Audiologist is professional and very thorough at treating all types of hearing loss. Sarah is skilled at preforming hearing tests and evaluating the needs of a customer. I have had my hearing aids for about 4 years and they are preforming very well because Amanda cleans them when I have an appointment. I am a satisfied customer and told my son to check out Miracle Ear- Arnold. He did and he and his Father in Law are now customers. The hearing aids are good and the support is outstanding.
