Owner's Son Great Job

We bought a 2018 Escape in December of that calendar year, and paid all fees outright with no loans. The sales manager would not give us a prize for buying a new car that we qualified to show bad service. Frustrated, and justifiably so, I complained to the owner's son who was up in management. The gentleman agreed that we were unfairly treated and he told me to come the next day to pick up the item, and apologized as we were not given a fair shake. Despite traveling 40km return trip, we went to get it. The sales experience was soured by their team but this individual did what was right and bravo for him. Thank you.
