Buyer beware. The battery for my relatively new ebike failed. We paid to have a diagnosis done and were given two options to rebuild the battery. We accepted one of the options and had it rebuilt and were told all was good when we left. After getting home and trying it we found out that it did not work. As we live about an hour away we tried calling. No one answered so we left numerous messages but did not receive a call back. Finally after not being able to connect with anyone we took it in they confirmed that it was not working but told us that this was a risk with any rebuilt and that was the chance we took. They could not do anything else. If we knew this before we certainly would not have spent close to $500 on this. After a lot of discussion the best we were offered was a credit with All battery. We live an hour away and based on our experience with them I don’t think the credit will be of any use. Discussion on a compromise with the owner Jason went nowhere. It’s buyer beware
