13th of August 2020, I bought a 2012 Ford Focus (I paid cash), the car has been returned to the dealership for fixing three times in less than 20days. Car developed transmission problem yesterday 29th August 2020 and stopped moving. I drove to dealership to ask for refund but Freddy was rude and said I was unreasonable. He later said I should come on the 31st. Keep my hands on deck.
