I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Bastarache Auto Salvage recently. While I’ve purchased items from them in the past, I was referred to them to see if they might be interested in recycling a vehicle that’s no longer working. Unfortunately, my interaction with Jeremy Bastarache was far from professional. Jeremy displayed unprofessional behavior at every turn. He engaged in unnecessary "phone tag" games, even though he was handling the matter through his cell phone. He would ask questions about what I wanted to do, only to ghost me afterward. When I tried to have a proper voice-to-voice conversation to ensure clarity and understanding, his behavior became belligerent and dismissive.
