A Case Study in Customer Service Failures - 6 or 7 visits thus far!!

My recent encounters at Premier Cadillac have left me profoundly disappointed and utterly disgusted. The treatment I've received has been consistently subpar in 6 out of 7 visits since purchasing my vehicle two years ago. The initial technician's rude and unprofessional demeanour, compounded by the service manager's lack of professionalism, set a negative tone for my visits. The owner's aggressive confrontation, rather than addressing my concerns, only added insult to injury. Despite explaining my hearing aids and apologizing for my loud voice, he refused to acknowledge my situation and instead chose to grandstand and reprimand me in front of his staff, threatening to refuse service to my vehicle. I urge others to heed my warning and spare yourself the frustration and seek service elsewhere; your sanity will thank you.
