My friend was shopping for BMW and he decided to go BMW Newmarket on Mulock to get the price, availablity and payment quote, to discuss it with his wife, but he end up paying deposit as requested by dealership but he told the sales person it'll be subject to my wife's approval so they made a sweet deal for him but didn't write it on the bill of sale. Next day he called them and told them unfortunately my wife didn't want the car because of personal reasons, therefore he asked to get his deposit back but New car Manager refuse to refund the deposit and told him even he complaine to OMVIC & BMW. Such a shameless manager who didn't care about customer and jeopardize the dealership and BMW brand reputation, just because they changed their mind. Me personally never step in that dealership specially if that manager still on duty, I will rather travel 50km to another dealership so they are value my business.
