Poor Custmer Service

A new 2011 GMC Canyon was purchased by a loyal customer at your dealership which included a Lifetime Warranty Protection package. The vehicle was serviced at your dealership twice a year for 10 years. The truck was recently brought back to your dealership for you to review an assessment that the back end of the frame is structurally unsafe due to rust and corrosion. The truck sat on your lot for over two weeks and was not even looked at on a hoist. Email comments back were that the body seems good and for me to contact the warranty company myself. Level of Customer satisfaction in this case 0. My assessment: Defective Product and Poor Customer Support.
