I went to apply for a car. At first, Mo Francis (real name: Keemo Alphonso Francis) talked me through the process and run a credit check, then discussed about the outcome.He even lectured me about credit score asked me to sign that I understand his lecture. Then, he asked me to wait for approval from his so called bank, after few minutes, He then told me that I was not approved but later on told me that I am approved for the car that I don’t like , as I was about to leave. He then told me that he could try to get the car that I like but I have to deposit 500$ and he will call me by Monday. I visited the dealership Saturday. Monday came but no calls and he called me after 3 days but I was at work. I left a message but no clarity or response from his side. That happened Oct 1. I did followup through text and emails from October 6 onwards demanding that my deposit to be returned but he never replied to me. The dealership is a scam and a trick. I felt betrayed and deceived. I would never recommend approval store to anyone. Beware of it!!! Avoid at all cost.
